Grease Capture and Airflow

The following graphs demonstrate the grease capture capability and airflow. As shown, the Safety Shield filter captures grease at the prevalent size produced by chargrilled meat. The standard baffle filter simply falls flat!

The Safety Shield filters are simply installed upstream of the metal baffle filters in a kitchen hood where they capture up to 99% of the airborne grease before it can enter the ductwork.
